Free grief support is available throughout the year from BSA Hospice of the Southwest. We offer free six-week Life After Loss: Understanding Our Grief support series several times a year  for those mourning the death of a loved one or friend. Please visit our calendar to find a date and location near you.

This grief support series includes Discussion and handouts on the following topics:

  • Introduction to our grief journey
  • How we deal with our changing feelings
  • How we cope with all the changes
  • How we handle anniversaries, holidays, & special days

Next Steps Grief  Support Group

On-going monthly grief support group for those grieving the death of a loved one. This group meets from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month.

Monthly Men’s Grief Support Group

The group meets from 5:30-6:30 pm on the second Tuesday of each month.
